The Grommet is an online marketplace and the birthplace of Citizen Commerce, a movement that gives people the information and tools to support products that align with their own values. It's a powerful new way to discover, share, and sell consumer products. Every day at noon we launch one inventive consumer product or service and broadcast its story across the web. People all over the world give us suggestions for products. They tell us why they should be Grommets. We test and curate the best ideas, and then create a video review and word of mouth campaign for each product. When a product launches on The Grommet, we host a discussion board on our site where people can chat directly with the creator of the product and with us.
 
Tax Policy
Sales tax will be collected on orders to California and Massachusetts.
In most cases, your order ships from the creator of the Grommet itself. Others will ship directly from The Grommet. Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days of receipt, i.e. Monday through Friday although custom products may take longer. If you ordered multiple Grommets, each Grommet will likely be shipped separately. Unless you paid for expedited shipping, your package will arrive within 9 to 12 days.
If you find you are not fully satisfied with a Grommet, we will accept returns within 30 days after you placed your order for a full refund. Restrictions may apply. Please email (1) your name, (2) order number, (3) Grommet purchased, (4) reason for the return to CustomerSupport@thegrommet.com to receive a Return Authorization number and the address to where the Grommet should be returned. We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the Grommet is damaged or defective. All returns should be returned with their original packaging or a restocking fee may apply.
